The SEXY Red Room with Private Pool

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Have the best getaway with family and friends in this Centrally located sea villa with 3 pools. Our tranquil place offers 4 independent apartments and a spacious patio with 3 private pools. This apartments has 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with futon and a door with direct access to the pool.
The space
Our apartment has a full kitchen with dinning table and chairs. The apartment has a 2 burners cooking top. It also has microwave, coffee maker and utensils for cooking.


Our pools is located in the backyard of the house will be divided with a removable fence for your privacy. This area is completely private for the people staying in our home. The backyard also has seating areas for the family to enjoy the sunny days and create memories.


We have a laundry room in the backyard but the access is only for the cleaning lady. If you need laundry services you will have to let me know 24hrs prior to check availability. The prices per service depend on the needs: bottoms & tops: $6, underwear: $3, 1 load $30, 2 loads $20 each, 3 or more $15 each. Cloth will be washed and Ironed if requested. If you are allergic to any washing machine soap and you need a special soap the cost will be the double.
Guest access
Guest will have access to all the apartment and the assigned pool.

Things you should know about the house

1. The house have more than 30 years and was completely rebuilt between 2022 and 2023
2. Everything is new inside the house including doors and windows
3. Paintings are original from Cuba and they are for sale if interested contact us
4. It is basically a Villa since it has 4 apartments in total. (You won’t share anything, even the pools will be divided with a removable fence for your privacy)
5. Pools have around 5 depth
6. Pool maintenance could happen during your stay and will be informed before they come.
7. Our water heater is Solar, be considerate, this house can host up to 25 people and we want to offer hot water for everyone. The hot water can take around 1min since it has to run through a long pipe before getting in to your hands.

Cancelacion de reserva
No suelo dejar mal reviews, pero esta experiencia fue horrible. Esta reserva la hice desde Nov 11 para la estadia el sabado 14 de Dic. Llego el dia y le escribo a la propietaria como a las 4:00pm sin respuesta hasta como 2 hrs despues que fue a las 6:30pm que ella me llama y me dice que hay un problema con la reserva y que hiba a intentar conseguirme algo mas. Tuve que llamarla a las 7:30pm a ver que habia pasado para decirme que no ha podido conseguir nada. Tuve que cancelar la reserva y a esas horas ponerme a conseguir algo mas, que gracias a Dios pude conseguir a alguien responsable que rapido me contesto y me ayudo. Si van a reservar en este sitio yo les recomiendo confirmar con la persona desde el dia 1 para que no tengan esta horrible situacion que despues les digan que no esta disponible despues que se pago todo. Tuvieron 1 mes desde que pague la reserva para decirme que habia algun problema. Menos mal que me reembolsaron.
