Paradiso by the sea/private pool and food walking

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This house is perfect for groups of 8, is spacious and comfortable. All our mattresses are memory foam thought for a good night sleep. Our rooms also have windows have blackout shades, closets and seating space. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet and de faucet. The kitchen is completely equipped with oven, microwave, silverware, and fridge. The living room have a full sofa bed with TV and sound bar. Next to it we have dinning table.
The space
Have the best getaway with family and friends in this Centrally located sea villa with 3 pools. Our tranquil place offers 4 independent apartments and a spacious patio with 3 private pools.

This apartment specifically is an Artsy Color blast, is the biggest one. It has 3 rooms with queen beds, two complete bathrooms. The living room area the backyard door have direct access to the pool and patio. The kitchen is completely equipped for family meals.

Our 3 pools are located in the backyard of the house. For the privacy of our guests we have a removable fence that we use for our pools. This means you won't share the pool or patio area assigned. All apartments have independent entrances to their pool. The backyard also have seating areas for the family to enjoy the sunny days and create memories.


We have a laundry room in the backyard but the access is only for the cleaning lady. If you need laundry services you will have to let me know 24hrs prior to check availability. The prices per service depend on the needs: bottoms & tops: $6, underwear: $3, 1 load $30, 2 loads $20 each, 3 or more $15 each. Cloth will be washed and Ironed if requested. If you are allergic to any washing machine soap and you need a special soap the cost will be the double.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all the inner parts of the apartments and the assigned pool and patio area.
Other things to note
Things you should know about the house

1. The house have more than 30 years and was completely rebuilt between 2022 and 2023
2. Everything is new inside the house including doors and windows
3. Paintings are original from Cuba and they are for sale if interested contact us
4. It is basically a Villa since it has 4 apartments in total. (You won’t share anything, even the pools will be divided with a removable fence for your privacy)
5. Pools have around 5 depth
6. Pool maintenance could happen during your stay and will be informed before they come.
7. Our water heater is Solar, be considerate, this house can host up to 25 people and we want to offer hot water for everyone. The hot water can take around 1min since it has to run through a long pipe before getting in to your hands.
