"Sarangroo was very quite and clean. This place is small and cozy. It was unique experience to sleep on heated floor. My family had a great time and would love to comeback. The owners were very friendly. I highly recommend this place."

"This was a different kind of stay for us. Room is tiny and you sleep on a heated floor. My husband has a bad back so I asked for padding. The manager not only gave me padding but sat with us to explain the rules of the hotel and went over a map of the village and where to go sightseeing, food and drinks. The bathroom was a challenge because the toilet and shower are in the same room and I feel like everything gets wet.However it's how most bathrooms are in korea. They also do not give full size towels its only a hand towel. I didnt mind this because it was a different experience. I gave a 5 star because overall it was beautiful, in the village, great staff and we were warm and comfortable. I do recommend to give this place a try."

"Staff was friendly and we didn't have any communication issues from check in to check out. The location was a good spot to walk to nearby tourists attractions. Restaurants and eating places were nearby too. It was easy to take buses to other places as bus stops were just nearby. Highly recommended to stay there. "

"Visited with parents during Christmas break. An absolute gem — we loved every small detail in the rooms and play areas, since it was really well decorated with Korean traditional hints everywhere. Also loved the breakfast options they provided us, the food was so good!!! I really want to visit again. Thank you staff for providing such a welcoming experience."

"A nice view of the KTX train station and mountain. Room had a microwave, washer, and styler (with a dryer function). Walking distance from the KTX train station. Bedroom, livingroom, balcony, and kitchen area all looked like a one bedroom apartment. Staff accoommodated requests with hospitality."
