"Stayed in a cabin for 5 nights with our 2 children. Cabins were great value for money and had everything we needed including not having to bring our own bedding or towels! Kids loved the loft bedroom. Cabin kitchen basic but more than enough to cook a decent meal with 2 ring hob and oven plus a few saucepans. Cabin bathroom was really clean with warm shower. Pull out sofa bed by day 5 was feeling a bit lumpy but thats a minor grumble. All spotlessly clean. Having the numerous woodland trails...

"Es gab viele Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder und der naheliegenden Strand mit Steg war auch sehr beliebt bei uns. Trotz einige Häuser drum herum, war es sehr ruhig. Das Haus liegt in einer Art Tal, so dass man die anderen Häuser nicht sehen kann."

"Would absolutely recommend this cottage. Compact, but we were 5 (3 kids 2 adults), and never felt like we were on top of each other. Right next to the water and a south facing terrace. We would go back."

"Our time on Gistholmen was FANTASTIC! However, it started with the hiccup of the VRBO description being on the wrong island (it is NOT on Ingmarsö Södra, an 8 minute walk from the ferry dock as the description is or at least was, hopefully that gets updated!). It is on Gistholmen that you need to take the Waxholmsbolaget ferry to (no need to book ahead, but depending on the day and season there might only be two potential drop-off and pick-up times). "Excellent great value apartment. Close to excellent public transport links. Staff great and friendly. Fact it has a cafe and selks drinks a great plus. Everything well thought out and very comfortable. Great for any length of stay. Fact a little out of Cebtral Stockholm not an issue for us. "

"I loved staying at the property- a great location in the middle of Östermalm but it was so quiet! I walked everywhere from the hotel including to and from the station. I really loved the theme of the hotel and especially Greta’s bistro where I had dinner one of the nights of my stay- the food was excellent and the staff exceptional! The only thing that was a little confusing was check in and I think that was down to the time I arrived- the reception area is a small space right next to a busy queue for the busy bar! But this wouldn’t be enough to detract from top marks. I’d stay here again any time!"
