"Staying at Royal Luxury Camps was nothing short of a dream. It was above and beyond expectation with respect to ambiance, customer service, and overall experience. First we were met by Hafid, who is in ancredibly kind and knowledgeable man with respect to the desert and surrounding cities. "The hotel manager was very helpful, collected us from Merzouga and drove us back and forth to the MaMa Africa music festival. (We travel by bus not car). The staff were keen to help and i was able to have several large pot of Lipton (black tea) with milk......bliss. The food seemed good although we didn’t have a main meal as we ate mainly in Merzouga. The pool was wonderful and wine was available at a good price."

"We stayed at this hotel one night. The property itself is beautiful. The rooms are very nice. Pool area is big and clean. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The other staff seemed sad and unhappy. Not as friendly as we’ve experienced at other facilities in Marrakech and Fes. Dinner was very good. Breakfast was very light... no fruits was disappointing. I would stay at this property again."
