"The hotel is lovely unfortunately the service levels are poor. Breakfast service was awful and the food was average. We had to repeatedly ask for items that hadn't been replenished and on our last day they had no milk. If you stay here you will have to manage your expectations and let the manager know if you are not happy as he assured me that he wants to meet the customers expectations."

"Otel bulamadığımız için mecburi bir tercih olarak gittik. Şehir merkezine uzak arabanız yoksa sıkıntı. Tam kapıkule sınırında. Yol üstü mola oteli. Temizlik orta, konfor orta. Sadece yol üstü uyu ve çık. Banyo fena değil. Kahvaltı için sadece basit bir kahvaltı tabağı veriliyor. Lobi vs güzel görünüyor. Ama fotoğrafı iyi görülen classik oda suitmiş. "What an amazing hotel Quality quality quality Arrived and no one was at the hotel but there was a number on the door to phone 5 minutes later she came . We were the only ones in the hotel The fine detail and quality furniture etc was just wow The neighbour across the road told us to go into the park five mins away to a lovely restaurant Well that was fantastic too "

"I would never stay at that hotel. The room smelled like sewage. We brought it up to staff and they said that all of the rooms smelled like that.... at one point we were the only ones at the hotel, and now I understand the reason. The staff were very nice, but sleeping with the smell of sewage was a very unpleasant experience. Do not stay at this place."

"Hôtel bizarre, au milieu de rien, sur une colline avec une jolie vue. L'accès se fait en montant une longue série de marches, pas pratique avec les valises. Première mauvaise surprise : le spa (jacuzzi, sauna...) annoncé est "cassé" nous dit-on. La piscine est très belle, mais déborde littéralement d'insectes morts que j'ai fini par repêcher moi-même (il y en avait plus de 50 !).
