Has a nice slightly old fashioned elegant feel unlike other station area hotels that are always bustling and prioritize efficient use of space in the rooms. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Conveniently located to Yamato Museum, mall shopping and transportation. Set breakfast (choice of either Japanese or Western) was well prepared and tasty in a restaurant on the top floor of building (14th floor). Also surprising number of restaurant choices for a moderately sized hotel. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay."

"If all you want is someplace to sleep, then this may be OK. They do not clean the room while you are. They ask you to put the trash and towels outside your room for pick-up. Place is old, with some rooms having peeling paint on walls. Room was quiet and wifi was good. "

"Get location to enjoy the country side and nice friendly staff. They were patient with me while I asked questions about the use of the SPA in the hotel as i had never been in a SPA like that and wanted to make sure I totally understood the customs while in it. "
