"Sehr nette Gastgeberin die wirklich alles für ihre Gäste tut. Schöne und erholsame Zeit im gemütlichen Zimmer mit Fernseher, Internetzugang, Wellnessdusche, und WC. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und reichlich, jeden Tag eine neue Überraschung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. "The house was a perfect place to spread out and relax, while exploring the Rhine by car and boat. The paid parking lot was very convenient to the lodging (once we discovered the shortcut under the road and up some stairs). We didn’t take advantage of the sauna or the jacuzzi tub, but the washer and full kitchen was perfect. I was surprised to find that the bed on the top floor was a waterbed—I slept like a baby. "This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"

"Very nice, small, apparently family run hotel with a big room with a sofa and queen bed. It's a bit too far to walk to the center of town, but it is located in a quiet area and has free parking. The included breakfast is excellent. Everything was fresh and tasty. Even cooked eggs to order for us. The hotel restaurant offers a traditional German dinner menu. Our only issue is the stairs are somewhat steep. The staff are very helpful and kind. "

A Gem of a Place

"Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters). "
