Its clean, and in a central area. If you need a bed and that's all and at a good price, this will do the job well. If your a family or a light sleeper, then not idea. The trains could keep some people awake depending on what floor your on. The building is being worked on - there was building work noise staring each morning about 10ish - so if you looking for a sleep in - no way. The rooms are small and if your on the top floor i hope your fit as the stairs are steep. Its fine, i just needed a bed and it did the job - but lets see how its when all the work is finished.

Loved the property, Loved the accommodations. Loved the proximity to everything. The food was wonderful.

Overall probably the best Hotel experience in London over 30 years of visiting regularly on business. This small British hotel is top notch. Literally right across the street from Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. Friendly staff, convenient shops and restaurants surround. The room was modernized with walk in closet and heated bathroom floors. Very spacious for London. Great onsite restaurant. Just great overall. It is a 5 star experience in every way!

Great Indian dinner in the pub and really nice and friendly staff. Small but comfortable room with a nice en suite. I think complimentary bottled water in the room would be a nice touch and something we missed. Other than that the rest was as expected.
