Featuring hardwood floors and vibrant interior design elements, you'll be impressed the moment you walk through the door. Kick back on the comfy sofa and leather armchairs and watch shows on the 43” flat screen TV in the bright and cheery living room. Great place!
My husband and I rented this house for a week. The place was great and the neighborhood was lovely. This place has the perfect amount of space and amenities. The backyard and deck area were large and private. The place was immaculate. The air conditioner was also ice cold which which is a must, I feel like most vacation rentals fail miserably in the category.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate: it is an updated property with new cupboards in the kitchen and excellent washer/dryer. The home was well maintained and very clean. Location is close to the beach (we took bikes) and the charming towns surrounding Harwich Port. The owner was extremely attentive to any questions etc. There is one mattress that needs to be changed and there was no shade in the yard (however, the outdoor deck does have an umbrella when dining). This is a no-nonsense property that I would recommend, especially if you have young children.

Great stay
The house was in great shape and the owner was very attentive when I found a small hornets nest in the shed. He came and removed it the next day. The 3rd room does NOT have an AC which I did ask prior to going. There was a fan although. Lucille the week wasn't overly hot. This was in the room with the single trundle bed. If you use the trundle...it also blocks the door from opening. We had to re-arrange the sleeping accommodations of the kids as that was a safety concern. We ended up using the trundle and just opened the door fully when using it...which wasn't a huge problem. Wish we did know that prior to arriving.

Great house and location
The house was in a great location and had a well equipped kitchen. The full bed sank some. The back yard was great But I wish it came with fire wood for the fire pit. The house was super clean upon arrival. We went to do a load of laundry and noticed black mold along the inside of the door rim. Upon further inspection the washing machine was full of mold between the plastic ring and the metal ring. I texted the contact number and they immediately responded and apologized and said they would contact the cleaning crew to come fix it the next day. When we got home the next day it still was not cleaned and I was not contacted about this. . I really hope the sheets and towels I used for 4 days were not washed in that machine. :(. Other than that the house was great, great location, great house!

Beachy Nest on Cape Cod
We had a great week in Harwich Port. Our rental was located near beaches,shopping restaurants, tourist attractions, etc. .we had working AC and Wi-Fi with 3 tvs as well as a washer/dryer. The house was nicely decorated and sheets and towels were supplied. I would definitely recommend it.

This house was perfect for our first visit to Cape Cod. There is plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean and the deck and outdoor shower was awesome. The location was convenient to shopping and beaches.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is cute and we had a nice stay. But, there were several issues. First, there is no air conditioning in the third bedroom which made it uncomfortable. The main room needs more light to read or play a game. The outdoor shower was not cleaned before we came there. There was used soap in the outdoor shower and it was not clean. The grill had an almost empty gas tank in it. We bought a replacement and the owner paid us back but we should not have to worry about that mid grilling our steaks. There should be a martini shaker for guests to use. Also there is a large sized hole in the front yard in front of the front stoop and I almost hurt myself. Otherwise the property was nice and cute.

A week on the Cape
The house is in Harwich Port, which is a cute town. It was the perfect location to get everywhere on the Cape. It was the perfect size for two adult couples. We loved using the outdoor shower and dinner on the deck every night.

There were four of us, including two 12 year old girls. Each girl had their own room. The mattress in the master bedroom is uncomfortable and should be replaced. Overall, we would recommend this house for a small family.
