Bright and spacious, the interior boasts a suite of updates and refurbishments throughout, including new sofas, an upgraded smart TV, and a refinished kitchen showcasing gorgeous granite counters and new cabinets. A full set of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, are equipped to handle at-home meals with ease. Indoor meals can be enjoyed at the dining table set for six. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect little getaway spot
The property was very cute and clean and the house had everything we needed. The outside deck was beautiful, however the grill needed to be cleaned, which was the only small downside. aside from that the property itself was perfect for our family and the location was ideal. Would definetly come back!

Cape vacation
Location was convenient and private. House smelled strongly like cigarette smoke and/or must when we arrived, had to air out the house for a couple hours. A lot of the finishes are new but very cheaply done. The ceiling in the screened in porch was untaped drywall. The high chair was absolutely covered in damp Black mold and was unusable. The rest of the house was comfortable and well laid out. The outside yes was private and had room for my kids and I play outside.

Perfect Vacation Home For Us
We had a wonderful time! The owners clearly love this home and make sure that all who choose to vacation in it have a great time. The kitchen and bathrooms are very clean, updated and modern. The back deck is beautiful with many places to have a meal and relax. The rooms are large and spacious and there were enough hangers for all of us to hang our clothes in the closets (not always the case). The bedding provided was new and clean and the towels we nice and fluffy. The house is in a nice neighborhood off the main roads and is close to the bike path and a quick drive to town or the beach. If you are new to Harwich here are some of our favorites: Schoolhouse Ice Cream- delicious ice cream and huge portions. Ember Restaurant was a nice spot for a drink and pizza on the patio after the beach. Cape Cod Lavender Farm is free to enter and the grounds are beautiful. Lexaco Jewelry Store- very kind proprietors and beautiful silver jewelry. Good spot to buy a Cape Cod bracelet. The bike paths allow you to get some exercise and see a little of the surrounding nature. Brax Restaurant has a wonderful patio on the harbor and good seafood specials.

Unresponsive management
The house adequately fit our needs and was a tranquil hideaway. Vacasa, however, was just awful. The house was advertised to have some accommodation for our baby, but there was nothing there. We specifically needed a simple, cheap high chair. When we contacted Vacasa upon our arrival, they said they'd send a message to the local team. I had to email and call them MULTIPLE times, and they NEVER addressed my problem. We had to let the baby sit on a lap for 12 meals and two snacks per day. I also sent an email asking for a later checkout and they NEVER responded. I would not go with a VACASA property, I'm so happy I didn't have a broken toilet or something, they were that unreliable and unresponsive.
