We recently stayed at this property and found several aspects we really enjoyed. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dogs, and we all enjoyed the outdoor shower. The provided linens, towels, shampoo, and soap were great, and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. We especially appreciated the easy access to a new washer and dryer.
However, there were a few drawbacks. Although the property advertises that it sleeps 5, the house itself isn't very comfortable for that number of people. The dining area doesn't have enough seating for 5 to sit together, and the living room also lacks comfortable seating for 5. The biggest challenge was not having a full-size refrigerator, which made it difficult for a family of 5 who shopped and planned meals for the week. Additionally, the beds are a bit too firm for our taste.
Despite these issues, we would consider staying here again if some upgrades are made to make the home more comfortable for a family of 5 with three teenagers. The location is great, with the house being central to most of our favorite activities on the Cape.
