This property, is one of the most beautiful places on Cape Cod. And if you decide to stay here you can be certain of the best possible environment for a perfect vacation. .. we adore pets and you are welcome to bring your WELL BEHAVED pup with you. The property is on a private beach steps from your door. We try to provide an accommodation that we would hope for ourselves, and provide everything we can to make your stay with us an exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable experience. We clean and sanitize to The latest protocols, and the dehumidified air system circulates through hospital quality HEPA filters to provide fresh clean air. Both bedrooms have an entry to a large and beautiful bath room. The master bedroom has a large sliding door looking out over the the pond just steps away. The new beds are extremely comfortable and you will get a good night's sleep on them The garden club award nominated landscaping adds to the views of abundant wildlife and magnificent sunsets from your bedroom,, as well as the large picture window in the living room that gives you a wonderful view. The small but well equipped gally kitchen is both beautiful and efficient for vacation meals. The living room with tasteful Cape Cod nautical decor is comfortable And inviting. A 75inch home theatre with premium programming and theatre quality sound system, makes this a place you won't want to leave. For cool nights you have a gas burning fire place to keep you cozy. We provide luxury sheets towels in an immaculately clean environment. The flagstone patio has a gas grill for outdoor cooking. We provide board games for rany days, beach toys for kids or grandkids. We offer fishing rods. Cast to nto the pond a few feet away for a near trophy sized largemouth bass. We provide 4 kayaks, a canoe, and all the water toys for playing in the safe warm clear clean waters of Bucks and John Joseph's ponds . The apartment is the lower level of our home with private entrance and a private yard and patio. We are on a quiet street with parking. We have 2 Trek hybrid bikes to ride the spectacular Cape Cod rail trail nearby. Beaches, golf courses, and stop and shop groceries are all less than 5minutes from your door as are Harwichport and Chatham down town shopping areas. you will find everything in excellent condition,and ask that you leave it as you found it (within reason)

We enjoyed our time staying in this quiet location The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed The beach at the pond was an added bonus Mike and Jo were so kind and such a fun couple It’s a great location on the cape and has lots of areas close by for the dogs to enjoy We already booked for next year!

We had a wonderful time once again on the Cape, it has been an annual event for us for many years. Mike and Jo were great hosts, and the accommodations were friendly, comfortable, spacious and clean. We spent 10 days in Harwich, (our first time) and really enjoyed the area. We would definitely recommend this property for a stay on the Cape.

On the water
The property was excellent with everything we needed, lots of space for four and a cozy at home atmosphere. House is on the water with a beach facing the sunset and kayaking to enjoy. The hosts were super gracious and we enjoyed meeting them and all their recommendations for our excursions on the Cape from our central location!!

My family and I had a great time during our stay. The apartment and views from the back yard were beautiful. I had a lot of fun kayaking in the lake and it was nice enough to dip in. The owners have a lot of equipment that you can use which is nice. They were so polite, accommodating, understanding, and prompt with communication. I would stay here again.

Beautiful location!
It was peaceful and beautiful with sunset views every evening! It's a gorgeous location right on 1 of the many ponds in the neighborhood. We enjoyed canoeing, biking and taking in the beauty of Cape Cod. Especially if you have pets, this is a great location for a vacation!

The property was nice, private beach on freshwater pond, dog friendly. Kayaking and swimming was great. It felt like staying with relatives. We had a nice time. One thing to note, it’s very close quarters with the owners that live upstairs. Maybe bring a sound machine.

We had a great time and Jo and smile (and Daisy) were the best! Love the pond for swimming! Restaurants are great and took a trip on the Monomoy Excursions to see the seals! Will definitely be back!
