We spent a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. House was great. Bed was a little firmer than we are used to but ok. Nice space. Bigger than we needed. Close to rail trail. Would stay again.

Cute house but overrun with spiders
The house is cute and was plenty of room for our family of 4. They provided all linens, plenty of towels, beach towels and soap, which was great. The check-in process was seamless and we got lots of info from the rental company ahead of time. But we had a major issue with spiders. We killed 9 the first night and several more each day. We are now finding them in our luggage and have to quarantine it at our home. The rental company said they couldn't treat the house while guests are there (which we understand) and dropped a can of Raid, but that wasn't close to fixing it. It would have been an awesome place but the spiders were too gross and out of control. They did not offer any compensation or other help, which would have been nice and appropriate.

This Harwich house was perfect!
The house was clean and well equipped. Grateful that They supplied beach towels. The outdoor shower was really great. There is easy access to the bike trail. The nearest beach is really close and beautiful. Lots of great restaurants nearby, including a fantastic Italian restaurant in walking distance. The house and location fulfilled all our needs and we would stay there again. The only thing missing was a Bluetooth speaker.

Surprised By Cleaning Company Decision
We arrived a short time before check in and had no difficulty entering the property. We assumed that the unit was available and began unloading our car. The first thing we did was to place several items in the refrigerator because they required a cold temperature. Soon after, three people arrived and we learned that they were the property cleaners. They did not speak English and in attempting to communicate, they provided me with their I phone e which had a translator ap. I explained that we had placed some items in the refrigerator and didn't realize that the house wasn't cleaned. I further explained that we would leave, go to lunch and return, with the intention of bringing in all our belongings. They indicated that they understood and we left. When we returned, we were shocked to discover that all the items in the refrigerator were gone. I immediately called the agency and was told that because we entered before 4:00, all refrigerated items were removed and disposed of, in spite of my understanding that they would be OK in the refrigerator. The agent that I spoke with said that it was my problem and nothing could be done about it. That is not a responsible answer. I explained that since the items were removed (about $50.00 worth without our knowledge or approval, we should be compensated for our loss. The agent said that she would get back to me and never did. Your appropriate and responsible next step should be to forward us a check for $50.00. Thank you, .

Lovely Cape Home
We loved this sweet Cape home! Everything was extremely clean. 3 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower! Great location- close to downtown Harwich and Chatham. There were beach chairs to use at the beach which is right down the road! We loved the fire pit and little bar on the porch. The only thing we wish we would change is that the beds were extremely hard unfortunately, but we would stay here again!

Great Vacation
The property was very nice, very well restructured with great taste and well maintained. Everything was functional. Good location, close to everything. nice quiet neighborhood. The communication with the management was not at the top scale (we emailed asking if there was more kitchen towels and paper towel, beside the one of each) but they didn't answer. Also, as a property for 6, the kitchen utensils, like kitchen knives, dishes, etc. were not sufficient. That is if you like to cook, like us. So, the only suggestion would be to upgrade the kitchen gear. But overall we had a fantastic stay at this property. Thank you.
