"My husband and our 8 year old stayed here for a long weekend in the city. The home is tidy and truly minimal. We could really breathe. After a six hour drive the coffee provided was a god send. Well lit and Well furnished. Simple yet comfortable. The location was so perfect I can’t even. We walked to everything we needed and took the 10 bus to everything else! "This is the 3rd time we have stayed with Steve and Terry. The apartment is alway clean and everything we might need is there. The location is very convenient to just about anything you plan to see or do. Neighborhood is very safe."

"This apartment is in an outstanding location in downtown historic Saint Charles. It is very clean and the host communicates very well. I would recommend this for people looking for a location in an area where there is an abundance of shopping, food, and nightlife. It is located directly above a bar, so manage expectations when it comes to noise and ambience."

"The location was great, once we parked our car we never had to leave all weekend. Tons of shopping and wonderful restaurants just steps away. This is above a very popular bar, which was fine for us but if you have younger kids you may want something more quiet. There were doritos in the pull out sofa, other than that it was great. Parking seems to be an issue but it is a VERY popular area on the weekends so beware you may have to drive a bit to find parking. Definitely would stay again, and some...

"We did enjoy our stay. Apartment was clean. It was a cute place to stay and definitely worth the price. The issues I had were not major but I do feel they need to be mentioned just so the owner can be aware.The only issues were the bathroom sink doesn't drain quickly, and it was a little chilly but the heaters did their job.. "I chase storms for a living and end up staying long term, finding a great host can be difficult. Finding one that can accommodate and save the day like Heather has is near impossible! She was able to get me into another room when the initial booking had the roof blow off of it!. Very communicative and a great stay, thank you for your efforts."
