"The property was so very comfortable! This location was absolutely perfect with access to great restaurants and shops in The Hill. The street was surprisingly quiet given proximity to bars and houses. The church bells were not disturbing for us early risers. Only improvement would be blackout curtains on the bedroom windows to combat the street lights. "

"Spent 3 days in St Charles. This was our second visit to St. Charles, just a different season. An ice sculpture event was taking place on our first day. We loved the location. So close to everything we wanted to do. Able to walk everywhere. The condo was perfect for us. The 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, gave us the privacy we needed. The open living room, kitchen area was very nice. The hosts were great to work with. Communication was quick and helpful. I would definitely rent this unit again. "

"We had a great time at Joe’s place. Everything was as described and Joe was very responsive. The location was very central to our itinerary and walkable to the Grove restaurants / shops. "This was a great stay for our families! My family and bestfriend family rented this 3bdrm so we could all be together for New Years. My bestfriend recently lost her husband, and I thought this would be a great place for us to have some fun. It was a lot of kids and they had a great time! Even the neighbors downstairs were amazing as the kids made plenty of noise. Beds were very comfortable, apartment was neat and clean. Parking is in a garage with an access code. The garage is small with slanted spots that make it extremely difficult to get your car...

Be careful though, due to the nature of these types of facilities, you may get cancelled at the last minute if there’s a problem with the room.
