Tara the manager is a breath of fresh air with her welcoming smile, great conversations at the front desk while checking in and out and always right there to ensure everything is running smoothly. Gina has been so thoughtful, patient and helpful anytime we've run into issues in and out of the hotel. All of the staff are wonderful and with the extended stay we've recently had to take this hotel has truly felt like coming home! "

"While our stay was related to an ill relative, the hotel personnel were very accommodating. Breakfast was included in our cost for the stay. It was very inclusive and again the staff were exceptional. The shuttle they offer to the hospital was gladly accepted after an exhausting day. "
