"Needed a stay over for a friends birthday party, was recommended the Queen Philippa, I can understand why, it ticked all the boxes along with such friendly, helpful staff. Only slight negative which didn’t affect me was the small parking area, but to counter that they do have electric hook up which I didn’t need, but worth pointing out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and if the need arises would stay there again. "

"I by chance happened upon this home stay because I needed to be in the Orpington area, it sounded so much more welcoming than a travel lodge. Pat was there to meet and greet, all was warm and comfortable, a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Easy to park and Pat willing to help and advise on the area. Would definitely recommend. "
