"Clean cozy cabin and is perfect location for sporting events at Rocky Top Sports. Perfect size for 2 adults and a teenager. Managers are quick to respond. I missed an email requesting a photo of my DL but we got that worked out and then the Internet Password didn’t work when we got there. Again worked it out quickly. I would definitely stay at this cabin again "

"This place is awesome. great accommodations with many amenities including golf. the cabin was well equipped with a hot tub on the deck, grill, and table for dinning and hanging outside. The condo unit was just as nice with lockout units for more space. BUT MOST OF ALL IS THE ATTENTIVENESS AND SERVING WITH PLEASURE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF. BETH, AMY, DIANA, STACY WERE WONDERFUL AND HELPED US TRHOUGH OUR TRYING TIMES OF TRAVEL WITH FIGHT CANCELLATIONS AND MAKING SURE OUR RESERVATIONS WEREN'T CANCELLED. THEY PROVIDED US WITH EXTRA PADDING FOR OUR SOFA BED, SENT A CHECK IN TEXT EVERY OTHER DAY TO SEE HOW OUR STAY WAS GOING. THIS WAS LOVELY. I HAVE TO GO BACK. "

"We made a reservation at the last minute and were not expecting much and were extremely happy. Our room was very clean, and the hotel has been remodeled recently. I stayed at the Strat in Vegas last month and paid the upcharge for a recent “remodeled” room and the room at Smokey Falls was ten times better. In fact, we liked it so much we booked a trip for a week here this summer. Would highly recommend."
