"The property is so beautiful…. Me and my husband has vacationed here several times. But never stayed in a Villa which I prefer…Our stay there was so wonderful. We will return. And if I can request another stay there I would like another Villa on our vacation. Now what I was a little upset about was the people over top of us with a lot of walking and running back and forth. When we were trying to rest. So that was a little disappointing."

"Check-in and check-out was very easy and clearly explained. The house was very clean and tidy, no musty smell at all. Glenda, the host, was very accommodating and quick to answer any and all questions thoroughly. The area is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views of the river and sunset. Overall it was a lovely experience for our quick get away, highly recommend!"

"My brother and his wife came flew in from Texas for my daughter's high school graduation. My husband and I wanted to take them somewhere that was different and not the usual tourist spots in Va. Bch. and we all could relax and enjoy ourselves. The house looked just like the pictures and the property around the house and the river was just gorgeous. We enjoyed ourselves in enjoying the house and the scenery and we even did some fishing. My husband to our surprise caught a stingray. The house was supplied very well to having pots and pans and cooking utensils to coffee supplies. There were some spices that had been left behind from previous guest. We are looking forward to going back again and this time having my brother-law from Maryland meet us there. The owner was quick to answer his phone when we called him about the which dock was, we supposed to utilize. There's a convenience store close by as well as a Dollar General"

"Truly amazing stay! The house is terrific and a great place to be out of the way of the bustle, while still remaining close enough to nearby activities. Like i said, we were blown away by how much better the property is than the listing gives it justice! It was a bit confusing to find the first time, as the number isnt displayed on the road. But if you have sharp eyes, you'll find it. If you want to swim, pay attention to what the tides are doing. But the water was amazing. Only true complaint: many of the windows were hard to operate, or almost completely inoperable. But this had an extremely limited impact on our enjoyment of our time there. Check in and check out also super easy. Would stay again!"

"It was very convenient to be able to have our dog with us. We enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast.. so good!.. we enjoyed eating by the pool & a swim afterwards, plus our dog could be out there with us."
