All new throughout, quality fittings, spacious, comfortable, stylish, very well equipped kitchen, parking on property behind locked gate, comfy beds, good bathrooms. Convenience store and good take-away food shop across the road. Easy drive to the delights of Kent. We loved it here – it was the perfect resting place after a busy road trip around...

"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"Location was so suitable for the peace and quiet i needed. very very comfortable beds . well equipped with state of the art furniture. true to photos. calm and serene atmosphere. only issue was giant slugs at front door everytime we stepped out. but they are part of the ecosystem right? otherwise a fantastic place and worth every penny."

"Great place for family reunion. The Priory Barn is a great house with everything you need to spend an amazing time in Kent. Ideally located with short drive from Gatwick Airport. "A great property in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Downs hillside. I enjoyed watching all of the birds playing outside the livingroom window in the mornings and evenings. "Great house to stay in with a large group. If you are looking for privacy from family (Honeymoon) this isn't the right place as you can hear everything. However we had a blast and the property is just amazing. We had an issue with one of the showers leaking but thw host was right on it and swnt a plumber asap to try and fix the problem. "Property seemed nice on arrival but very basic kitchen utensils etc, dodgy fridge, dirty bathroom with hairs on floor, sides and a collection within the bath plug hole... The bath itself also was not very inviting and requires updating or atleast the shower unit. No hot tub although it clearly states on the advert itself and on all my booking correspondents.. They were kind enough to arrange for us to have a chef cook for us all three nights of our stay which was wonderful. "We had a wonderful week with grandparents, parents and kids. A beautiful house with everything you could need. The kids spent all their time in the pool. The house was well appointed with comfy beds and all home comforts. Beautiful landscape views. Hosts were very accomodating and very reactive to any requests. We enjoyed walking to pooh bridge every day and visiting local pubs. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back. Beaut"
