We found the direct number of the helpful owner on the web and key handover was unproblematic after speaking to him. Noise from an adjacent room is heard loudly. "Nice hotel, looks new and updated compared to other hotels in Germany. Very friendly staff! Great drinks at the bar and good breakfast. My only complaint would be the small bathroom/shower but thats par for the course in Germany. Will definitely stay here again next year! "

"Ich war auf einer Wandertour und diese Unterkunft war perfekt dafür. Gemütlich, sauber und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch in der Nähe. In der kleinen gemütlichen Küche gab es sogar einen lecker Kaffee!"

"Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber, mit TV und kostenlosem WLAN. Das Bad war ein wenig eng, aber ebenfalls sauber. Das angebotene Frühstück war nett hergerichtet und mehr als ausreichend. Es gab ein hervorragendes Abendessen (ebenfalls große Portionen) zu einem guten Preis. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, denen das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt. Von unserer Seite gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. "

A little out of the way but nice & reasonable

"No one at reception when we arrived at 8pm but # to call, he came within a few minutes and was very nice. Room was spacious and clean but felt like the 70s, no mini fridge and we weren’t given wifi password. Dinner ends at 9pm with only a buffet on offer, had seen better days by 8:20 we skipped it. Breakfast was adequate, extra charge for parking even though hotel is in the middle of no where, nothing close by. Spa looked okay we didn’t use it and the bar was lively, rooms very quiet and they accept dogs which is a big bonus for us"

Very good 2 night business trip

"Checked in late, left early. 2 night stay - good sleep. Shower was great, breakfast was vey good. Good sized underground car-park. Very central to get out and about Would happily use again."
