"I got the confirmation email which I showed the venue staff. They told me they are fully booked and they didn't communication from Hotels. Com. I was left stranded in the middle of know where with a girl child which was not safe at all. Hotels. Com kindly refund me my money "

"The stay was excellent, only the challenge was the TV that was not clear with stars. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The parking was secured and very safe too. Parking at the bottom where I'm enjoyed park there, due to the pillars the security was thereto assist with the parking and can you imagine that both male and female was helping to park. We're used to male doing that but it was amazing to see a lady helping directing me to park and other members too. It's my wish that the Hotel convey my thanks and appreciations to them all."

Also one team member who although was just finishing his night shift, patiently kept the lift doors open while I finished my conversation with his colleague a reception. Great customer service!"

"The hotel is located within the Montecasino complex, and therefore is safe to walk around within the complex. There is also a small shopping centre with a supermarket nearby within walking distance. Any further than that would with private hire, which is readily available. The hotel has good spacious rooms which are cleaned daily also with fresh bottled water. The breakfast buffet is good with reasonable choice of hot and cold items as well as mad to order egg and omelettes. Service is friendly and very attentive which made it feel at the upper end of 4 stars "
