"Great location for bus and trains. Staff are excellent and we received a friendly response from Lisa when we checked in. She was informative and helpful. Evening meal was delicious and presented very well. We stayed 6 days and breakfast buffet was delicious and plenty of choices. Only comment was there is no decaf coffee. "This is a good hotel for families but for me it wasn’t a good experience as, unfortunately, I didn’t check if there was AC and the temperatures at that time were around 40 degrees, making it almost impossible to sleep. There was one small fan which was a joke. Too small to do any difference in the room. "Excellent value for money. The key benefits about the hotel is its location and the free breakfast which is very good. That said, the rooms are VERY small. The lighting in the room is inadequate, there is no closet or shelves for clothes and just 4 electrical outlets in the room very inconveniently places. "We’ve stayed here several times, location is lovely on the waterfront. Nice staff. The breakfast is wonderful and plentiful, the bar is nice, especially summertime. The rooms themselves are basic, pillows very flat, very thin towels, a very small glass for water. Absolutely nothing extra, nor even cosy, but comfortable enough to sleep. We’ve always had a water view, which is lovely. Our family lives walking distance from hotel, so it’s the location for us. "

"This property suited our needs for an overnight stay. Parking was easy and convenient. They offered a breakfast buffet in the morning that was nice. The room was clean, as was the property. We never interacted with anyone, so if we had any questions, it might have been difficult. The area around the hotel seemed commercial, but we were just there for an overnight stay for nearby visit. "

"If you are with a family it's not the place to stay. The room is small with the tiniest toilet I have ever been in. I am not large built I found it extemely hard to sit on the wc. The reception closes at 9pm so if you are late and your cell phone is not working, you cannot enter into the building. Think twice a and Plan well if you want to book this place. "

Loved this charming and friendly hotel!

"We had an amazing stay! Beautiful hotel location on the water! Not much to do for kids and we came as a family stay. The spa/pool is definitely on the spa side and less kid friendly. This is the perfect place to go for a romantic getaway! Love that so many walk around in robs to go to spa and relax. Wish we went for that so never ended up using the spa/pool. Will give us another reason to go this time without kids! Haha! Staff was Amazing! So friendly! Love the charm of the hotel too! We had a great stay!"
