"The property is in desperate need of a refurbishment, the pictures look lovely but the reality is a very different story. We found glass on the carpet, mould all over the bathroom. The taps were hanging off, toilet roll holder has come off the wall and just been put in a drawer. Mould in the drawer where the bed linens are stored. Many spiders and webs about. We also had to make the beds ourselves, there weren’t enough pillow cases for the pillows. There were no instructions given to us about...

The owners could be more informative about how to do things like lock the front door--another visitor from the UK had to spend some time figuring it out--and where all the power switches are located for the heat and shower.
