The property is packed with character and is perfect for those seeking a Dales holiday home. This Pateley Bridge cottage has a small, but well equipped kitchen leading into a large dining room. Offering plenty of seating this is the perfect location to enjoy a hearty English breakfast before you head out to explore the National Park for the day or a place to meet up in an evening to enjoy a home cooked meal and a glass of wine.

Lyndale House offers five bedrooms, all of which have en-suite shower facilities and there are two zip/link beds, providing very flexible sleeping arrangements. A bonus is a ground floor en-suite twin room for those with restricted mobility. The bright and airy sitting room can be found on the first floor. Completing the accommodation is a first floor bathroom and a separate toilet To the side of Lyndale House is a small private paved parking area suitable for two cars. The town of Pateley Bridge is on the doors step and offers a plethora of local shops and cafés.

For those looking to enjoy the great outdoors this lovely holiday home is central to the coast to coast cycle route, The Way of the Roses, and also offers easy access to both the Six Dales Trail and The Nidderdale Way. Also within walking distance is the Nidderdale swimming pool and leisure centre including, gym, tennis and squash courts as well as a football pitch. Spacious accommodation
We enjoyed staying at Lyndale House. The house was very clean and we all loved having our own room with ensuite.The beds were really comfortable. There was a very well equiped kitchen with many basic ingredients provided. The house was really well located at the bottom of the Main Street. The only negative for us was having no where outside, at the house, to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather. This would not be an issue if the weather had not been so good!
