Ryseholme has recently been through a full renovation with no expense spared by the owners and visitors are ensured of perfection throughout. This property offers both friends and families a luxury holiday retreat whilst being ideally located to explore all that the Nidderdale and Yorkshire Dales National Parks have to offer. Entrance is gained into the hallway with the open plan living area straight ahead complete with a stunning wood burner adding extra charm and additional heat, comfortable sofas and a Smart TV giving a great place to snuggle up in front of the fire on those colder evenings with a glass or two of red wine. In addition, there is a dining table and chairs in the living area, this is great for socialising or playing a board game with the family. On the same floor is the designer kitchen which features all the usual mod cons (including a Nespresso Verto Pop coffeee machine) and is fully equipped for all your culinary needs should you not wish to eat at the many eateries close by. All three bedrooms have fresh bed linen guaranteeing a perfect night’s sleep, meaning you are fully energised for the next day’s adventure, in addition one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. There are bathrooms on both floors with a shower cubicle or shower over bath and heated towel rails should you wish to have a long soak after a day exploring.
Leading through the stunning bi-fold doors from the living area you are presented by the wonderful enclosed private patio and decked area which is a great place for having a glass of fizz al fresco style in the summer months or taking in the morning air with a coffee.
There is so much to see and do in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For cyclists the Pateley Bridge to Masham route and challenging Cote de Lofthouse climb featured as part of the 2017 Tour de Yorkshire and the 2019 World Cycling Championships are also nearby. With the cottage being located just outside of Pateley Bridge you have instant access to shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. Both the cathedral city of Ripon and the stylish spa town of Harrogate are 25-minute drives and Masham is 14 miles away. Nearby National Trust attractions include the magnificent Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal near Ripon and Brimham Rocks in Summerbridge which is only a 5 minute drive away. There is a convenience store at the bottom of the road and a post office/petrol station which also sells household goods further along the road. The pub in Dacre Banks is a 15-minute walk.
