Cottage on the lake
We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The covered porch and the sitting area down by the private dock were our favorite spots. The floors need some attention, but other than that we loved it there. We would stay again! Also, Todd was very responsive to texts when we had questions.

Perfect location to the lake
Perfect place for a couple to stay to enjoy the lake. Also have quick access to a grocery store to get needed items. House was equipped with everything needed to stay.

Great Lake house!

Lake Side Get Away
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. My wife and I spent 5 days away from our busy lives and this location made for a complete reset into what life is really about, beauty, relaxing views and time to invest in yourself! Can't wait for my next venture!

Perfect getaway
We spent an extended Father’s Day weekend at the cabin and tried to book it again for our son’s birthday later this summer before we even left—it was that good. Tucked back past the fishing club so there’s little to no traffic. Great views and access to the lake. Perfect place to unplug and unwind. Would fully recommend.

Beautiful views at this waterfront cottage. Nice and quaint. The cottage was clean and had everything you need for a serene stay. Excellent communication with the owner and he was quick to respond and very helpful. However, the beds were very old and uncomfortable with springs well worn along with wild bedding that made it impossible to keep the blanket on the bed.

Mom’s Weekend Getaway.
This house was adorable! The quiet neighborhood, peaceful water view, and quaint location was a perfect setting for a relaxing weekend for this momma. My only drawbacks were the missing blinds to a glass windowed side door, which would have been appreciated for more privacy, and a hurting neck for the next few days. I recommend bringing your own pillow. Overall, we had everything we needed for a recuperating retreat and we hope to visit again!

Excellent little cottage!
This place was clean, great supplies, views are amazing, nice floating dock! Heat and AC worked great!!! Nice circular driveway. Very very quite area with lots of nature! I’ll rent it again for sure! We even had my son meet us at the dock with his boat!!! The floating dock is perfect when water levels are lower!!! Highly recommend!

The house was awesome. Everything we needed. Host was very cordial and accommodating. We were able to use the boat dock and not have to take the boats out every evening. Other than the weather we had an awesome stay. Would recommend this place for fishermen for sure.

Amazing Getaway
We had an amazing time at lake Harrison. The house was exactly as described. Easy 20-25 min drive to downtown Chattanooga. There is also a really Cool haunted house and hayride really close to the house called The Haunted Hill Top! The lake itself is beautiful and the back porch is perfect to sit and drink your coffee in the morning and the dock is perfect for watching the stars at night! Also google and Apple Maps does not take you the correct way to the house( owner mentions that) but I found that Waze maps takes you the correct route!

A kayaking dream
My husband and I had the best kayaking trip ever!! This lake front property has a beautiful view of the lake but has a steep grade to put our boats in. Our ocean kayaks are heavy and the grade made it challenging for my husband and I but Todd and his son were there to put our boats in the water. There is a boat ramp 1. 2 miles down the street. The house was perfect for two people. It was clean and nicely decorated. I would go back.

Cottage Wonder
We found this place as our son was married at Howe's Farm. It's basic, clean, has all the amenities, and we had three people there quite comfortably. The setting is spectacular. The deck and docks on Harrison Bay provide a phenomenal setting. I'm not a fisherman nor a big boater, but we enjoyed the setting none the less. Swimming was great. The driveway situation is a bit of a pain, but not bad after you find it the first time. The cottages are close, but well secluded. If you're looking for a cute cottage with a little slice of heaven, this is it. It's only about 25 minutes to Chattanooga or Cleveland, and there's something for everyone in the area - nature, shopping, history. Todd, the host, is perfect - communication was upfront, and everything just as he described. We'll be headed back!

On the Lake
The location was beautiful! The lake, the trees, and the mountains were our view. The sunrises superb. The ducks, herons, and geese added to the lake fun. Our first two nights there our neighbors were partying and playing loud music until midnight so we didn't go out much those two nights. However in side the house you couldn't hear it. The other three days and nights were quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Of course if motor boats bother you there are a number of them on the lake, especially on the weekend and evenings after work. The house was very clean except for some hair that was left in the bathtub drain -- that to be honest you couldn't see unless you dug down there. But the shower wasn't draining so we checked it out - when we removed that and it was a fist sized wad of hair the water drained freely. Please notify cleaning staff to check that, otherwise the house was extremely clean. The cottage was cozy and fun! The movies to watch, games to play, books to read, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and unique antique décor added to the fun away from home. It would have been a 5 in cleanliness had it not been for the hair in the drain and 5 for online listing had they not said there was quiet time after 10, which there was not and no-one to check up on that. I would go back again, but not on the weekend, because of potential loud partiers. Overall we had a good time.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer
The property was beautiful, relaxing & quiet. Loved looking out over the lake. We didn’t really even stay in the house, other than to sleep. It was a short, weekend for us with other plans scheduled, so the time we had at the house, we spent it enjoying the outside. Mattress in room that over looks lake out of both windows, could use an upgrade. Quite a dip in the middle. Otherwise, perfect!
