"I would recommend coming in from the West. The driveway is steep and comes off the road such that turning in from the other direction is scary. For a moment, I thought we would go over the steep embankment trying to do a multipoint turn. The room was small, but cozy, although the door did not seal well when closed. I never managed to get a shower, as the mixer would only provide all hot or all cold water. The river view is great. The breakfast was great, but you might want to bring margarine or...

"Lovely home, tastefully decorated with antiques and curiosities. Lots of fun just to look around the house and property! The bed was comfortable, the room was cool and quiet, and breakfast was delicious. We really appreciated the fresh local fruit every morning. Our host, Minka, was friendly and gracious. Aside from the slight awkwardness of staying in what was clearly someone's bedroom (which was offered to us as it had air conditioning), it was a great experience."

"My friends and I had a great time visiting this home in Harrison. The hosts generously stocked the kitchen and house with useful tools and essentials which made cooking, swimming in the lake and generally enjoying the home so much easier. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the views and comfy inn some more. There is so much to do on the property it's hard to pull yourself away (but if you do the village is so close by)."
