• My home was built in 1899 and is in a historic neighborhood
• Exterior historic restoration completed in 2024

• Later in the evening, it will be more difficult to find a spot near the house
• I have 1 parking permit for street parking. Permits are only required M-F 8-10am and 3-5pm. If you have more cars to park in those hours let me know.

You have access to the entire home. The basement will be locked and is not included in this listing. If you're staying long-term, there may be times I need to get in for garden tools or a snow shovel, but I will give you advanced notice.
