"Hotel was what I call a blue collar hotel. Great place for workers, i.e. clean surfaces, but repairs have been done out of function, not asthetically pleasing. Doors are lockable, security was not a problem anywhere at the hotel, ice machine worked well(important to us workers), close to my work project and eating places, I did not witness any vagrants or transients. "This was a very good hotel to stay at if looking for a safe place to be. The staff at the desk was extremely nice and accommodating. Cindy was awesome. One thing I would love to see is some free weights or a machine in the fitness room as all there cardio machines. Will book here again. It also has been remodeled recently"

"The location. It’s close to the highway. The bed is good I had a good night sleep. The only issue I have when I stayed. The water that is coming out the tub and sink is brown. I’m scared to brush my teeth and take a shower with it. I had to run to the gas station to get some bottled water. I’d say the facility have seen better days."

"Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. "On our arrival, property was deserted. Sign at desk said “call this number.” Night manager said, “no hot water; go somewhere else; we will refund money.” We called Hotels.com; girl said refund would come; booked us to Rodeway for cost of another room. After numerous calls to Hotels.com and OYO: 1. No refund. 2. We paid for two rooms and got only one. 3. OYO and Hotels.com both lied to us and both cheated us. 4. I firmly doubt either company will print the truth."
