"I liked the breakfast menu options and room layout. I didn't like the fact that the eating area was very cool to cold. This was due to an issue they were having with the front doors. They could not get them to close all the way. There was a sign letting us know about the problem, but I didn't realize it would impact the temperature of the dining area."

"I always enjoy the Hotel Nyack. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, attractive, and stylishly put together. Very clean. Excellent staff. Unfortunately, during our last visit, we had to check out only 3 hours after arrival due to a family emergency. I do wish the hotel would have compensated us for this in at least some way, but I understand if that's not policy. We'll still be back. Always recommend. "
