"This was my first time in Binghamton NY. It was a short drive from the Binghamton airport to here. I found the building was very clean, had ample parking and lighting. The room was large and didn’t have any weird smells. 🙏 I was needing to extend my stay for one more night. I went though Expedia’s website and it showed that there were no rooms available, I called the front desk and was able to extend my stay an additional night. The staff is courteous and friendly. The morning breakfast is fantastic! If you’re ever in the Binghamton NY area, I highly encourage you to stay here. "

Donna, the manager while we were there was so friendly and flexible with our request for a later checkout time. She greeted us with warmth and a desire to make sure we were happy. She was more like a bed and breakfast host than a hotel manager. Tina, the kitchen manager, was so friendly and helpful, even taking me to the commissary to check the ingredients for food allergies. She was so eager to help and make sure we were happy. Our stay at the hotel was a very positive experience and I will return every time I am in town. "
