Beautiful house on the Harpswell Peninsula over looking Casco Bay

Spacious house overlooking casco bay with a wrap around porch with three sets of Patio furniture and a fire pit on the front lawn. This Property is located in a small quiet neighborhood that is well maintained. House Has 2 full Kitchens and 7 bedrooms. Located very close to local amenities, including Pammy's Ice Cream Parlor, Mitchel Field Walking and picnic area (sunsets are amazing), The Dolphin Marina, Erica's Seafood, Many local Walking and Hiking Trails, and Stover's point local public beach. This is a great place for Families or Adults looking to have a great relaxing time. Note Most of the water wells in Harpswell have hard water, the house has a water bubbler for drinking.

Family Celebrating Graduation
The house the perfect for our family and friends coming together from around the country for daughter graduating from Bowdoin. It not only accomodated everyone comfortably but also served as an ideal gathering for celebrating with friends utilizing all the indoor and outdoor seating with beautiful Harpswell Sound as the backdrop.

Beautiful house, perfect location, amazing host!
My friends and I rented this house for a long weekend and could not be happier to have picked this spot. The hosts were kind, considerate, prompt in their communications, and full of useful tips and ideas for how to spend our time in Harpswell and the surrounding area. The house was clean and lovely, and had everything we needed (and then some!) to fully enjoy our time. A+++, would stay again.

Great spot for families and friends
We stayed here for our college reunion weekend and had a great stay. We were a group of four couples in our mid-thirties and forties and found the house comfortable and well-equipped. Great view out over the water and a fire pit if the weather cooperates. Only tip - be aware that the upstairs can get hot in warm weather.

The house was perfect for our visit to Brunswick for my daughter’s graduation. We had 10 adults and all fit comfortably. We loved the spacious deck and the view. Thanks for opening your house to us!

Family function
Over four days in late October family members from across the country gathered for a series of events. The house provided plenty of sleeping and gathering space for group dinners during that period. The view from the deck across to Orr’s Island was wonderful.

Ocean view vacation home
Nice and spacious vacation home in a quiet area. We stayed with 5 kids and 5 adults and had plenty of space. The kids loved the basement where they could sleep and hang out. The kitchen had what we needed including lobster tools and cooker. Beautiful view over the ocean and the small lobster business. We bought lobster there several times.

Great for a large group
First floor and 2nd floor had great living space and bedrooms. Basement had a nice 2nd kitchen area and open living space but the three bedrooms were a bit musty and bedroom at bottom of stairs was not really functional and had oder of pets. Outdoor deck area was fantastic with wonderful furniture that could seat 20 easily. Overall we had a terrific stay and would recommend it.

It was one of the nicest places that we have stayed in. It was in a perfect spot to do so many things. We just needed to have more time to do them so I guess we will have to pay a second visit. All the family members we met were so nice. They supplied everything and more than we anticipated!

Amazing home with spectacular view and room for everyone!
We had a fabulous stay in Harpswell. The photos truly don’t do the home any justice. The view is really spectacular and the hosts were communicative and accommodating. There is so much space to spread out so given we were 4 households under one room, the layout was perfect. Even on a rainy day, we didn’t feel we were on top of one another. Would highly recommend and would like to come back!

Harpswell trip October 2022
This property was lovely and cozy, except you have to walk through unfixed space to get to rooms in the basement and adult kids complained about too many spiders down there. That been said, I most certainly will rent it if ever in that area, host was great responding to all my request.

ARMY reunion
Our group of ARMY friends from the 1/68 Armor, Ft. Carson, Co meet every year for a reunion and this is our second trip to Harpswell. This time we brought our families. We had a wonderful trip and the house was perfect for our families. I hope you don’t mind but we retired the tattered and torn American Flag and replaced with a new flag. Great place to stay while visiting the Brunswick area.
Fabulous! Perfect for our family - we had PLENTY of room. The house was just what we needed for my dad's 90th birthday party. All the guests were also impressed with the house and the view. We even saw a mother fox and her kits. We discovered a wonderful little place to get seafood. Greg and Pam could have not have been more accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our visits with them and discovering our connections. Would definitely recommend this house if you have a large group or just want to spread out a small group. BTW - there no cobwebs any where.

Lovey Vacation in Maine
The property was great for my family get together. A good space for a large group. We had several kids and they loved playing in the large yard and some great spaces in the house to hang out and gather. The view was great and the large deck was a good area to enjoy meals on. We had to be a little careful with water consumption since it was on a well but it worked out okay. We were there in the summer and there were some warmer days and the house got a little warm especially when the dryer was running, but we opened up windows and it would cool off quite nice. Overall a great stay for us.

Family holiday
On a family holiday from the UK to see and experience the Maine coast. The house had fantastic views over the sea and a large wrap around balcony seating area. Spent a lot of time there soaking in the views. The house was large and spacious, just as we wanted, we all the facilities we required. We travelled around quite a bit but to be honest the surrounding area was as good as anywhere. There is quite a lot of useful info provided in the house by Pam, the host. We also met Pam and her husband at the Ice cream parlour she runs, had a good chat (and ice cream) and they were extremely approachable and engaging. Overall had an extremely relaxing enjoyable holiday at this amazing property.
