Welcome to the Harper Haus, a luxurious recently renovated home, this beautiful home has been designed with modern and luxury décor that will provide you and your guests the perfect ambiance for relaxation. This stunning rental is just 20 min away from historic Fredericksburg, making it the perfect place for a getaway. It sleeps up to 6 people comfortably in beds (2 Queen Beds, 1 Full-Size Day Bed, and 2 Full-Size Sleeper Sofas). This stunning rental boasts an incredible backyard fully equipped for your summer BBQs. The backyard also comes with a new hot tub and fire pit!

This home is very private and has been comfortably furnished with accented modern furniture, it consists of two bedrooms (2 Queen Beds), a large living area, a modern luxury kitchen, dining room, one bathroom, outdoor area with a barbecue grill and wood firepit. Additionally, this home has a gorgeous scenic view of Texas Hill Country from its back patio making it the perfect stay for you and your loved ones.

Quite Weekend With The Dogs
Wonderful and updated home with a backyard suitable for a quite weekend away with dogs. The folks at the property management company (Cozi) were friendly and super helpful and were easy to reach. They exceeded my expectations. Downside of the property is there are not a lot of services available in Harper. Make sure you plan your groceries thoroughly before you go.

We rented this property for guests that were attending an event. The rave reviews by those that stayed there included the cleanliness of the property, nicely appointed and the ease of checking in. They loved the property and have requested to stay there when they return. They have stayed at other properties and in the area and rated this one number one!

Charming cottage. Like new inside. Comfy and quiet. Hot tub was relaxing. Big yard for the dogs to play. 25 minutes from Fredricksburg and wine tasting/dining.

The house was cute. Two rocking chairs on the front porch, hot tub in the back.. relaxing place. The bathroom window didn’t open and there was no fan. Looked like others before us had tried to get ventilation too because the blinds were broken. Front door needed weather stripping because I saw light around it. Losing door didn’t lock but there was a bar to put in the track to keep it from opening all the way. Some general maintenance and cleaning were needing attention but overall I’d stay again if it wasn’t so far from Fredericksburg l. One restaurant to eat in town, it was great! We went wine tasting and no Ubers were around to pick us up and take us back to the house.

Harper house
We loved the house. It was cozy and the neighborhood was quiet. The hot tub was awesome. The house was clean and everything was in working condition. If we had to choose anything that needs improvement it would be the bathroom faucet does not put out water evenly and sprays and the bathroom wash clothes are very rough. The house as a whole was a great place to stay we would return if we are in the area. Thank you for your hospitality and quick responses to questions.

Some things that could have went smoother is it would be helpful to have a page or binder of attractions to do in the area. Listing a welcome page including the wifi network and password. Things to notate about the hot tub, and what to do with dirty towels and sheets upon checkout. That would have been more inviting. the location was about 35 minutes from Fredericksburg, which we thought it was going to be a bit closer. I would recommend providing firelogs to be used in the firepit, instead of guest having to buy their own. All in all, very cute place and was nice to stay in. And with 3 bedrooms, there should be more than 1 bathroom.

Nice little getaway in Harper
Very impressed with the ease of access and the relative short drive (but scenic) to Kerrville, which was the reason for our stay since I was a participant in the Kerrville Triathlon 70.3. Great weekend! Very nice to come to a house with a hot tub and able to relax instead of dealing with a sub-par hotel. Amenities were perfect! Definitely will stay here again next year. Maybe even make a trip sometime just because it’s Hill Country!

Peace and quiet - in a location convenient to Kerrville and Fredericksburg. Make sure you visit Kerrville on Saturday as it closes down on Sunday.

The home was lovely and well equipped, the property was large and amazing, the owners were able to accomodate a special request! Very peaceful setting, but just a bit farther from Fredricksburg than I wanted, although my fault for not knowing the geography better. Overall, a great, relaxing stay--Just what we needed! Cute place but didn’t feel safe
Unfortunately my husband and I did not like this place. The front door didn’t have a lock for us to lock for safety, it had a electrical key pad which the company can open from their computers anytime they want. The sliding door didn’t lock. The coffee maker didn’t work. The hot tub didn’t look or smell like it was cleaned in a while. The location of this house is not a great neighborhood. My husband and I did not feel safe during our stay, we couldn’t sleep at night. We left five days early.

Great property just wish closer
The property itself was GORGEOUS, the only thing i would recommend would be at least one full length mirror in the house. Besides that LOVED it. The only other thing that would be great is if it were in or closer to Fredericksburg because the drive back at night with the deer on the road is scary. I did love the property and would definitely recommend especially if you are not out late.

Cute cottage!!
This place is adorable! New, and well decorated! The data signal, almost non-existent and the wifi in the house is not good either! Just be aware you can not go here and get work accomplished online. The beds were great! The location is quiet and private! We thoroughly enjoyed the house. There are a couple of things I would like others to be aware of. First, there is no icemaker in the fridge. Not a problem, just be aware before you arrive. Second, make sure you bring your logins if you want to watch anything but the live TV (ex. Roku/Netflix). Third, we were a culturally diverse group of ladies and our experience interacting with the "natives" of the area were nothing if not uncomfortable and unwelcoming. If you go and do not fit the color profile of the area, eat your meals in a larger town. All in all, the house was nice!
