"Clean rooms and lobby. Comfy clean bed [which is sooooo important to me] , no weird smells. In room fridge makes a humming but didnt bother me. Included breakfast was good .. we liked the scrambled eggs, sausage , muffins and cinnamon rolls. Coffee went quick.. but was replaced timely. Great stay! I heard other hotels in area lost power but we didnt ! Haha . "

"The property was quite loud. People yelling and running through the hallway at all hours. We did not have Wifi for two days because it was not working. The kitchen lacks any housewares that would make the kitchen useful. The refrigerator is dorm room sized. However, most concerning was the disregard for security. My husband's key card would not open one of the auxiliary doors to outside. He asked the front desk to assist with the issue. Without asking for identification or even his name, they reprogrammed his card. He could have been anyone. "

"Hotel staff was very kind and friendly. It was a busy hotel but we never waited for service, or an elevator, or anything. It is convenient to the highway and KOP mall. Our room was clean- no complaints. I’ll likely specifically book this hotel next time I’m in town. "
