"Hotel is nice and clean but service is sub par. Takes too long to get any items and little things like extra towels or toilet paper were hard to get"

"Clean,quiet and safe. Close to shopping and transportation.Friendly staff. Dining onsite. There was no wall or alarm clock in the room. Only local channels available on the tv. No English language channels. No bright lighting in the wash room especially in front of the mirror for shaving or make up. Stayed 10 nights, these are very important necessities for a long stay. "We stayed 3 days here. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We had a pool villa which was just fabulous! My wife and daughters loved the massages. I cannot give it 5 stars because of how uncomfortable the pool chairs were. The loungers had no cushioning and the plastic lawn chairs were aged, stained, and some were cracked. I was planning on spending time at the pool reading a book while the rest of the family got massages, but literally could not sit on the lounge chairs for more than...

"Post houseboat backwater cruise. Conveniently located in the centre of Alleppey. Stayed 1 night. Excellent polite, service from reception and all front of house staff.Very large clean well appointed room. The health and massage facility on level 3 was excellent...best 2hour facial and massage experience ever."

"Very relaxing and beautiful scenery. The rooms are very modern and clean. There was a total of 7 rooms on board, so it was good to mix and chat to the other guests. The crew on the houseboat were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Always willing and happy to help. Food was excellent, but keep in mind there is no alcohol, as seems to be case everywhere in Kerala. We will happily come back again."
