"Thai is a new hotel in excellent condition. There is air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Bear Lake (Medve-to). The indoor spa is tastefully decorated and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"They are very rude and mad all the time. They have no understanding of what customer service is, we stayed one night and left. I come to Sovata 3-5 times a year and they won’t be seeing us again. Crystal Hotel is the best. "

"beautiful, clean and fresh air. however, electric car ride was not available, on the day of. No one said anything the day prior if there is no driver. if an event is taking place at the restaurant, entire restaurant is busy and in hotel guests are unable to eat. Some other options would be appropriate for the near future. And have more authentic options on the menu that are hunagrian/transylvanian. I would visit again. "

"Awesome place to spend a few days. Nice room. Nice breakfast place. Good. Hard to close/lock the door to the room, employees lack hospitality experience - completely unprofessional reception/service. Neighbour with noisy machines and wood cutting tools in the garden kinda ruined the morning mood. Rather expensive for what they offer."

"Pluses: 1.UNIQUE Rooms - never been in a place like this. The whole place has a good/positive vibe. Great interior architecture. Dinning room has a nice wood fireplace - very cozy! If you ask they will light up the fire 2.Great and tasty dinning experience. Food quality is high. Good selection of wines and spirits.
