"Beautiful location and accommodation, well equipped and very maintained. Only minor criticism is the pool which is freezing all year, needs to be heated, solar or powered. Overall though we had a really nice stay. Denmark town is a short drive away and the beaches close too. Great brewery near by and chocolate lounge delicious. Will be back."

"This is a delightfully presented cottage in a lovely farm setting. Brian and Susi are caring and attentive hosts, but were not intrusive in any way.The cottage has all the amenities we could need for a relaxing holiday and we enjoyed the fresh air and farm animals.The daily treats dropped in by Susi were a great added bonus.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "We stayed for 2 nights at Walpole Lodge with my family and friends. We really enjoyed our stay there because it had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Further it has a larger shared kitchen with all kitchen utensils/items. The cleanliness and hospitality were outstanding and we were treated as family friends. We would definitely stay there again. I want to say a Big Thank to Julie and Steve for their friendly and great support. "

"The location is beautiful. Villas face the estuary and the units are well separated so they’re quiet. It’s an easy walk to the river mouth and Ocean Beach. There’s lots of nature - birds, swans, pelicans, kangaroos and a farm next door with cows. Great that dogs are allowed. Unfortunately internet connection is weak but it’s good to disconnect for awhile."
