This comfortable, beautifully decorated home is nestled in an area next to the Boyne Highlands Golf Courses including The Heather by Robert Trent Jones, Arthur Hills, Donald Ross and the Moor and just ten minutes from scenic downtown Harbor Springs. It has central air with 4 comfortable bedrooms and two full baths. The open floor plan on the main level includes a new kitchen, hearth room, vaulted living room/dining room. Downstairs is a family room with a large screen TV and game table. Also downstairs is a large bedroom with two queen beds.

Great for kids and teens! Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms, with a queen beds. The large bathroom upstairs has heated marble floors and a jetted tub/shower combo. The bedroom on the main level has a queen bed and is adjacent to a new bath finished in interesting (and heated) stone. High speed wifi and cable tv included.

This is the perfect home for golf outings or exploring with family or friends.
View the western shore of Lake Michigan as you drive through the Tunnel of Trees on the M119 Heritage Route from Harbor Springs to Cross Village. The route is a favorite of Northern Michigan visitors because of its rolling terrain, stunning vistas, and dramatic turns and curves.
25 minutes to the Mackinaw Bridge and ferries to Mackinaw Island where you can walk the world's longest porch 660' long at the Grand Hotel. 15 minutes to downtown Petoskey & Bay Harbor.

Perfect location for skiing!
The property is located between The Highlands and Nub's Nob making it an ideal cabin for a ski week. The layout, fireplace, kitchen, and comfortable beds all made for a wonderful experience. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was in excellent condition. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Extended family ski trip
The cottage was super cozy, clean and perfect location. Wonderful communication with owners during our stay. My family and I could have not been more happy and we look forward to renting again at this property. The bathrooms were updated nicely and heated floors were a very nice touch.We all enjoyed sitting around the fireplace and kitchen area in the evenings playing games. Wonderful stay!!

Beautiful, clean house super close to Nub's Nob
Our kids said it was the best house they've ever stayed at! It was lovely, super clean, gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. The fireplace was perfect after skiing at Nub's Nob and the basement hangout room was perfect for our two boys. Will look forward to renting this house again.

Amazing house
The pictures don’t do justice!! This house is beautiful! The layout is perfect for our group of 4 couples. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our weekend. We will definitely be back next summer!

This house was perfect for our two families! We had 4 adults and 3 kids age 8-10. The location for Nubs and Highlands was perfect! We skied from 10-9 every single night! The home was beautiful! Our favorite was the heated bathroom floors! They were magical! The hosts were fantastic! We can’t wait to come back next year!!

Holiday week with family
Our three families rented this home for a ski week. The property was well equipped for our large crew. Having a finished basement and upstairs rooms made it functional and comfortable. We loved having a fire outside and appreciated the close distance to the ski lodges.

This property was wonderful for the 9 of us!
We stayed here with another family to ski both Nub’s Nob and Boyne Highlands and we had a fabulous time. The house was perfect and in a great location for a short drive to either place. The wood burning fireplace and sitting area was a great spot to chill. The place was very clean and well equipped for whatever we needed. A for sure 5 stars! We will be back!

Great Place, Better Location
The home was well appointed, it had everything we could have asked for and more. The location between what I consider two of the best ski resorts in Michigan is great. We watched the Super Bowl, cooked carb, and grilled out most of the extended and weekend and had nothing to complain about. My wife loved having a washer/dryer on site! We highly recommend it and will be back and suggest to friends.

Great stay!
We loved everything about this house. The location was ideal, a quick 3 minute drive to Nubs, and the house itself was perfect. Lots of space to hang out in, a living room on the main floor and a rec room downstairs. Plus a little nook by the fireplace so we never felt like we were on top of each other. Cindy, the host, was fantastic to work with, very responsive and the checkin check out process was so easy. Every detail was thought of to make our stay comfortable. One night it snowed and when we got up in the monring had a hard time getting out of the drive and the neighborhood. We were concerned that when we got back from skiing we would need to shovel the drive so we could get up it. Much to our surprise the drive was plowed when we returned! We have been coming to Nubs for 10 years and always stayed in the same condo. However, after staying here we have found our new place to stay when we come up north!

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean, check-in was a breeze. We did have a slight problem with the keypad, not working, I called the owners and they were able to do a remote unlock. We were only there for a couple days. Wish we could’ve stayed a little longer.

Rustic & comfortable - queen beds a perk!
The 8 of us (all adults/men & women) had a terrific stay at this property. It's perfectly located, comfortable, easily accessible, and plenty big for a group stay! This was one of the few available properties in the Harbor Springs area with Queen beds all around - a super perk! Please note that it is a rustic stay and could use some updating - for example: chair cushions were worn, towels were on the older/very used side, beds were a little wonky in structure - upon our arrival. We did experience ants in the kitchen, but this wasn't too big of a surprise given the summer climate. Overall, our group gave it a 7/10 - perfectly suitable for our stay Up North over the 4th! We would stay again. Thanks Mark and Cindy!

Perfect family getaway.
We had family in from out of state. It was perfect time to see the beautiful fall leaves! The location was great, we took the short drive to visit mackinaw island. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kids enjoyed the big tv downstairs while adults hung out on the main floor. The kitchen had most everything we needed to prepare a few meals. Overall we had a great time and would rent again!

Stayed for a soccer tournament. Lots of room and a very clean, quaint rental. The owners were easy to communicate with and very friendly. Great location close to Harbour Springs. Beautiful neighborhood. We had an awesome weekend!
