A Gem of a Stay!
Perfect location in the quaint town of Harbor Springs. Enjoyed Petoskey State Park Beach, hiked some trails, golfed, rented bikes and road around the beautiful neighborhood (gorgeous old Victorian homes!) enjoyed good food. A lovely and relaxing vacation.

Adorable house/great location
This house was perfect for us. The space was very clean and had everything that we needed. Town was only a block away, so we were able to walk to breakfast lunch and dinner each day. It was very quiet. We would absolutely stay there again.

Our third stay. Exceptional location in an exceptional lakeside town. Walking distance to waterfront, downtown shops, restaurants and cinema. Home is attractive, well cared for, well stocked and has a very responsive and helpful owner. Highly recommended.

Excellent home base for a week in Harbor Springs. Communication with the homeowner was superb which made the stay incredibly easy. The house was very clean and well appointed with a 3 bed 2 bath layout that accommodated our family well. Easy walk to downtown. Great front porch on a quiet street that provides a perfect place to end the day. 10/10, would stay here again!

Great winter weekend
Location was great for skiers and others to walk into town. Everything was as described and Jason was very accommodating. Snow removal team was onsite timely and came back to touch-up walkways so we had no problem getting out after 5” of snow. Will definitely book again for next season.

Perfect family vacation home
Lovely home! It was just what we needed. Long weekend for the kids to do some skiing, relaxing, and recharging. The home was very clean, perfect quiet downtown location, walking distance to coffee, shopping, and movie theater. Quick drive to Nubs or Highlands. The home has all the amenities you need, and then some. We look forward to staying again.

Perfect Downtown Harbor Springs Stay
The property is just as it appears in its listing - beautiful, clean, cozy and perfectly situated in downtown Harbor Springs. Living space is great for family and the house is well appointed with everything you need or forget to bring! Bedrooms are perfect for a few kiddos and/or friends. Even the dog was happy in the house's mudroom right off the kitchen. Highly recommend. A big thanks to the owners for such a welcoming home and stay in Harbor Springs!!

Ski Trip - Family of adults!
The house was very clean and somewhat updated. I wouldn’t say completely renovated but nice and tidy with updated bathrooms. For a house that sleeps eight there wasn’t much hang out space. Five of us trying to relax together after and long day of skiing was difficult with limited living area space. Overall the home was as described and what we needed for the most part. We enjoyed our stay and would recommended this host for others looking to stay in this charming town.

Great family house!
Stayed here for a ski trip at Boyne Highlands and Boyne Mountain. Great place for this. Washer and dryer were very handy and there is a huge mudroom to put ski boots in. The house is fantastic with four large bedrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. Location is great. Couldn’t ask for more. Host was wonderful with good communication. Check in was a breeze. Everything was extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

College friends/family week
The first part of our week was college friends from out of state. The second part was our twenty something kids. Both groups loved their stay at Jason’s home in HS. Very convenient to all the shops, the water and the farmers market. Clean, and well appointed, the house met all of our needs. We made meals, enjoyed evenings on the porch, slept in and just enjoyed each others company. The house was perfect. The beds were very comfy and they anticipated every need. Loved it!!

Home Away From Home
We visited this property in October 2022. It was lovely; very clean, and spacious. The location was perfect; just a short walk to downtown and Howses Fudge & the beach. It was especially nice because we could bring our dog. The owner was very responsive when we had questions about anything. The kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to cook meals in. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet,. We had a plumbing problem but it was quickly resolved. We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of room for everyone Thank you for a great visit! We hope to return this summer!

Met all expectations
This home has a great location, is clean and a perfect spot for summer vacationers. The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms were fully loaded with all necessary items and appliances. There was an abundance of clean towels as well as a fully stocked storage room. The property also has three high quality bikes, perfect for riding through town or on surrounding trails. Jason, the owner, is friendly and extremely responsive (I merely asked if there was a Kuerig in the home and he immediately purchased one even though the home already had a traditional standard coffee maker). We traveled with our three teenagers and had ample room and, in fact, extra space. This home is nicely decorated and very comfortable. I highly recommend it and would stay there again.
