"I was so happy with my families stay at “The Highlands at Harbor Springs!” Check in was warm and welcoming. Staff came to my car to unload ski boots and bags. Our room was beautiful!! A separate sitting area. It was snowing while we were leaving and the staff was getting the snow off of my car while I was packing the car. Very impressive service!!! My family will definitely be back!! Thank you!!! "

"We booked a stay for myself and my two daughter for a get together. We originally we booked for one of the smaller building but at check in my daughter asked if we could get a room at the Main Lodge. We were graciously moved to a room in the Main Lodge with no change in price. The staff was friendly and very efficient. My daughters especially liked the wonderful aroma in the halls and lounges. "Property was in a good location . Walkable to the lake.Nice staff .Breakfast was good. Parking was a bit difficult, though there was space the spots are in an awkward position. Room was neat overall but there were many insects in the room especially behind the curtains."
