Great host!
The best part of our stay was by far the host. She really was an above and beyond host and I couldn’t be more grateful. I e loved all the amenities that this resort offered especially fishing. Location was quiet yet close enough to the places we wanted to visit. The ONLY complaint was the noise from the above unit. These are condos and you can hear everything through the walls. So the 3am parties on the weekends was tough on the sleeping babies. But everything else helped outweigh that disadvantage. We’d love to stay again just do crystal can be our host again.

Great location at Trout Creek!
The condo was as expected; clean with plenty of kitchen items, linens and comfortable beds. Keurig Duo with drip and pod coffee was a nice option! Smart TV was somewhat challenging given guests had to bring their own accounts to watch subscription channels. Only real downside was that the unit was a little muggy and the air was damp (it rained during our stay as well). Would be great to have a de-humidifier on the furnace/AC unit (unless there is one and we missed it/there were no instructions on this). There also was no safe place to lock bikes as the garage is unavailable. Suggestions: adding bath soap for guests and handsoap at extra sink/vanity in the one bedroom, and updating the guidebook as many details were from 2021 and 2022. Otherwise, no complaints and we'd stay again!

Great Condo with Great Amenities!
We had the perfect condo to stay at during out son's baseball tournament in Petoskey. I will recommend to other baseball parents for next year. The indoor pool and hot tub was perfect for the rainy days we had. No complaints!

Comfy condo with everything we needed. We had a great time at Trout Creek! Caught a rainbow trout in the pond right outside our door. So fun!
