"This is a very cozy and quiet place in the South Bend area about 10 minutes from Notre Dame. There are horses on property which are nice to look at and thick woods behind. The house is fully loaded with everything you need, towels, pots and pans, cooking utensils, glasses, etc. There is even a grill on the porch. The tv has basic channels, and the wifi is strong and reliable. The owner is a nice lady and will try to assist with whatever accommodations you need. It can easily sleep a large...

"Overall the place is wonderful and we enjoyed the amenities. My teenaged boys enjoyed the game room, pool at night, beach, fire pit. I loved the bed, having a kitchenette, and the coffeemaker. Much better than a typical hotel version. I’d caution using suite 10 for more than two people. The sleeper was what you’d expect a sleeper to be - not comfortable! The bed is amazing though. "We stayed here because our nephew was getting married close by at Etre Farm. House was just as shown in the pictures. Very clean & cute. It was perfect for our stay. We had 4 adults,1 teen and a small dog. I would say that it only sleeps 4. The couch doesn’t pull out & there wasn’t an air mattress. We made it work though. I would definitely book again if we were in the area."

"The home was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space and bedrooms to accommodate a large group of adults. We loved the decor, the hot tub, golf cart, all things very convenient !!! The amenities of beachwalk community were great too- a short walk to the beach, the coffee shop, and a short drive to new buffalo were all big wins!"
