"Did not like being booked into the wrong rooms (2 rooms) - Receptionist issued 2 rooms that were already occupied, and after much deliberation, discussion, delay and aggravation, 2 alternative rooms were found but they were the other end of the hotel. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Hotel was beautifully presented. The rooms were clean and had just enough Disney touches without being over the top. Staff were friendly and helpful in the reception during check in. We loved being able to walk to and from the park in 10-15 mins."

"It was a lovely property and the staff was great, but this is just such an overpopulated and crowded hotel. If you are an adult looking for a quiet place to stay this is not your best choice. The breakfast is alright but very basic. All of the amenities are nice though."

"The best holiday we have been on. The rooms were cleaned and comfortable. The park is close enough to walk, however, buses are consistent making it easy to get to and from the park. Hotel Cheyenne felt safe and at times was very quiet. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Disney. "

From the moment you enter the hotel it smells amazing, and all the screens, decor, etc. do add to the “magic” feel. 😀 Free shuttle to the Disneyland park, as well we took that shuttle to the train station (it’s directly across from Disneyland Paris) and took the train into Paris for the day of sightseeing, the buffet breakfast was amazing daily and over all a great great stay! "Perfect for a 4 day stop over. Beautiful setting. Fun property and plenty of fans provided for the hot weather. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. "THIS HOUSE IS NOT CHILD SAFE!! This house is not fit for children! The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you. "We booked this for our last night of vacation because it looked beautiful in the pictures online. It did not disappoint in person. The staff were so helpful and welcoming at the front desk. They even showed us to our room and asked if it didn’t meet our expectations, we could look at another room. The room was a suite with a lovely sitting room and gorgeous view of the lake. We walked the lake and the staff made us reservations for dinner in the restaurant on site. The food was a culinary delight. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and thoughtful. We will certainly stay here again."
