"The hotel is located in a bit of an awkward corner spot for those that are carrying heavy luggage as there is no direct crossing on road to get there. There is an overhead bridge with steps at the intersection, so if you are carrying heavy luggage you need to walk further down to the next set of lights to cross the road. "

"I stayed for here 1 night and found it to be a good option for budget travel. Very clean and quiet with excellent shared hygiene facilities. The floors are gender segregated for safety and the sleeping areas are very quiet . This was my first experience of a true "capsule" hotel and it was very novel to sleep in something that looked like Star Trek. There are plenty of dining options nearby . "I decided to stop in Sendai for the night during a trip from Hokkaido to Tokyo. This hotel was a good stop. It is surrounded by shops and a close walk to the train station. This capsule hotel was also very busy as I assume a lot of people use it as a rest stop during business or travel as well. So do expect foot traffic going in and out of the rooms in the early morning and late night if you’re a light sleeper."

"Extremely good value hotel in Sendai only 10 minutes from the station through Central exit across the walkway and down the lift to street level and round the corner. Used laundry ( detergent supplied), staff good as I had to change my room on arrival as the water in the toilet cistern kept running so I knew I had to change rooms which the man at reception did with no problem. Value wise excellent as fairly modern, clean etc and half the price of similar standard hotels in Japan in my 4 weeks...
