"Great place on a stop over. Not far from the M62. Clean spacious room and shower/bath. Breakfast option and lunch/dinner available. On site spa/gym/pool. Lovely grounds. Would recommend. "

"Clean room but awkward to get to from reception. Some dust apparent. Bathroom very small with WC hard against the tiles and uncomfortable. Bathroom fan very noisy. Bathroom clean and well equipped. Staff very nice. Parking haphazard. One bed of the twin was collapsing at one corener/missing a foot?It wasn't obvious how to get into the hotel from the main road. Hotel in need of a lot of TLC and looks shabby from the outside."

"Absolutely lovely hotel, the receptionist that checked us in was super lovely and accommodating. Only down fall was our hallway neighbours were really loud and the phone in the room didn’t have a reception line and we couldn’t leave the room as we had a 2 month baby with us that was struggling to sleep due to the noise!"

"Online check-in was smooth. The reception staff were welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious with all the essential conveniences available. There was a good variety of breakfast. The location was ideal, close to the motorways and only a short drive to the Co op live arena. The car park was included with no extra charge. I would recommend to stay here."

"Great open space for socialising with a bar, restaurant, pool table and TV's. Small area with kids toys to entertain the little ones too. Most of the staff were freindly, with only one member of staff telling the kids to keep the noise down. That was the only annoying thing, as there were no other guests present other than our party of about 15 people, so I'm not sure who stood to benefit from the 6 kids reducing the noise, when they were just being normal kids playing hide and seek. All in all, good stay and i'd definitely recommend the hotel."
