Cozy Holiday home in Haps

This cosy holiday home 'Huize Hops' in North Brabant is located in the beautiful outskirts of Haps. Relax with a good book on the fine terrace or take a seat on one of the comfortable seats in the spacious, beautiful garden. Start the day with a healthy walk in the private garden or walk on to the centre (1.2 km) for a nice breakfast. You will also find several restaurants here for a pleasant evening out. With its convenient location near the A73 motorway, you can reach Nijmegen (20 km), Boxmeer (15 km) or even Kleef in Germany in no time. The region offers various cycling and walking routes through nature and a visit to the War Museum or the Zoo in Overloon is also worthwhile, as is a trip to the German Wunderland Kalkar and the Limburg Toverland. The living room has a TV, a comfortable seating area and a dining table. For entertainment, there is bocce ball and air hockey and you can prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

Great base for visiting the local historic military sites
Jan and Marian could not have been more helpful when we arrived by motorcycle after riding 10 hours through a thunderstorm. Very wet and behind schedule. The house is great, suited us for our short stay whilst we visited the local sites. Peaceful and comfortable.

Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren begeistert von dem „Hühnerstall“ und dem weitläufigen Gelände um das Haus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Eigentümer begrüßten uns nett und konnten unsere Fragen beantworten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful Property
This home is located on a beautiful piece of property. It's a very comfortable spot and close enough to town to enjoy the restaurants. A small market is also very handy there. The house is very beautifully furnished and comfortable. Note the method of drying laundry is a clothesline.

Großartiges Haus - Gastgeberpaar, freundlich entgegenkommend
Ein Haus zum entspannen. Perfekt ausgestattet, sauber. Eine große, gepflegte Aussenanlage mit tollen Möglichkeiten zum Spiel und Bewegung - eigener Bouleplatz, großes Trampolin, und zum Ausruhen Teich oder auf der Wiese. Die Adresse war uns ein guter Startort für Radtouren. Im Haus viele Möglichkeiten auch Regentage mit Spiel und Spaß zu verbringen. Die Lage des Hauses, eingebettet in ruhige Kulturlandschaft, ist phantastisch.

Wat een heerlijk huis! We waren een midweek met Kerst, met onze twee jongens van ...
Wat een heerlijk huis! We waren een midweek met Kerst, met onze twee jongens van 10 en 12. Die waren dol op de air hockey. Ook super leuk dat alles al in Kerststemming was gebracht. Het huis is lekker ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien (zelfs een pureestamper die ik was vergeten lag er, en er is ook een wasmachine en spelletjes). Wat fijn dat de bedden zijn opgemaakt bij aankomst en er hand- en keukendoeken zijn. We kregen een warm welkom door de erg vriendelijke eigenaren. In verband met het weer hebben we niet heel erg van het buiten kunnen genieten, maar ook dat ziet er heerlijk uit, met (heel) veel ruimte, verschillende zitjes, voetbaldoeltjes, trampoline en jeu-de-boules. Het huis staat in alle rust, met heerlijk vrij uitzicht aan alle kanten. We hebben genoten. De jongens vonden een midweek veel te kort en willen heel graag nog een keer komen.

Strak afgewerkt huis, vrijstaand en lekker rustig ondanks dat er een autoweggetje vlak voor het huis langs loopt. Jan en Marian zijn erg prettige en vriendelijke gastheer en -vrouw. Binnen alles schoon en een zeer grote en goed onderhouden buitenruimte met o.a. jeu de boules baan, waar wij dankbaar gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Wat ons gezelschap (4 vrienden) betreft een zeer geslaagd verblijf!

Geweldig huis met een ongelooflijke tuin. Of eigenlijk is het woord tuin niet toereiken, het is een gigantisch perceel dat ontzettend fijn is ingericht met hoekjes met verschillende zitjes, een jeu-de-boule baan, trampoline en zo al meer. Prachtig terras direct aan het huis waar volop vogels zijn. Het huis zelf is erg ruim, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Jan en Marian verwelkomen je gastvrij en doen er alles aan om het verblijf fijn te maken. Leuke en fijne extra's zoals: opgemaakte bedden, handdoeken, schoonmaakmiddelen, toiletpapier/koffie/thee/suiker/zout/peper enz. De keuken is uitstekend ingericht. Gewoonweg echt een topper!

Dieses wunderschöne, mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Ferienhaus in Haps ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub zwischen Nijmegen und Venlo. Wir, 3 Erwachsene & 2 Teenager haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das war sicherhlich nicht unser letzter Kurzurlaub in diesem Jewel von einem Ferienhaus! :)
