"We loved our stay here on Townsend Lake! The view was beautiful through the large windows and we enjoyed looking out at the snow-covered cedar trees. The driveway was plowed and walk shovelled upon our arrival. We were warm and the beds and couches were comfortable. The cottage was clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies and other items such as board games. The sauna was a nice treat. Lovely touches in the decor - clearly a well maintained and thoughtful space. "

"We were looking for a quiet getaway to relax and enjoy the outdoors, and Riverview was the perfect place. We enjoyed hiking on the 85 acre property, with lots of little hidden gems to find. "The gardens did need weeding but the lawn was well groomed. The house has street appeal in a country type setting in the town of Paisley, Ontario. Inside was very clean, with new flooring and paint. New Refrigerator and dishwasher and modern ceran top stove. Three bedrooms very spacious but one of the beds was very uncomfortable. The inflatable mattress was a hit for our 8 year old grand daughter. The bathroom was updated with a new dual flush toilet, new vanity and moulded counter top sink. The...
