The stay at the hotel was very good. The staff specifically Giang and Tram were always there to help and assist. The tour to Ninh Binh was well organised. Pick up and drop to airport was excellent service. Breakfast buffet was great. Highly recommended.

This property is beautiful and clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. Close walking to everything you need to see in Hanoi. The pool was lovely after a long hot day.

The property is conveniently located and walking distance to many attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was very good with a lot of options.
