Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Dazu war das Frühstück hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind etwas retro und wenn die Klimaanlage aus ist, riecht man das Alter minimal.

Good service and breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good location. Carpet stained and room a bit worn but it was very clean. No issues. Would i stay there again? Yes.

부부 여행이었습니다. 전반적으로 서비스나 청결도는 만족스럽습니다. 아침 조식에 나온 쌀국수는 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 한국인을 위한 김치도 준비되어 있었습니다. 부대시설을 많이 이용하지 않는 여행이라면 숙박하기에 적당한거 같습니다. 호엔끼암 호수 뿐만 아니라 베트남을 느낄 수 있는 거리의 상점들과 풍경도 쉽게 볼 수 있습니다.

We spoke to staff even before making reservations.Advice given and recommendations made helped us to plan our visit. Vu and Chi went out of thier way always to feel us welcomed. Best travel advice in HANOI better than travel agents.

Very nice rooms, great customer service. Our 2 rooms were not next door but at least it was on the same floor. The breakfast wasn't worth the price, the only best thing I ate there was the Pho Hanoi. Broth was hot and delicious. Meat tender and flavorful. Rooms were big, nice, clean. Wi-Fi was good. Had a great experience, would stay here again.
